Digital Product Delivery Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Bouisk Global sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges. This page explains how and when you receive your files.
1. What you receive
Each product page has a “What’s included” section listing the exact files. Depending on the product, this may include:
- a Microsoft Excel workbook (.xlsx);
- a Google Sheets version, delivered as a link that lets you make your own private copy in your Google Drive; and
- a quick-start guide (PDF).
We deliver files only. No software, software licence, product key or subscription (for example Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) is sold or included. You open our files in spreadsheet software you already have.
2. When you receive it
We send your files by email within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed, and usually sooner. Payments held for additional checks by the payment provider are delivered once they are confirmed.
3. How delivery works
- Place your order and complete payment. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- We email the files to the address you used when ordering.
- For Excel files, save the attachment to your computer and open it in Microsoft Excel.
- For Google Sheets, open the link while signed in to your Google account and choose “Make a copy”. Your copy is private to you — we can’t see your data.
4. Keeping your files
Save your files somewhere safe when you receive them. If you lose them, contact us with your order number and we’ll resend them.
5. If you can’t find your files
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for the order email.
- Make sure you’re checking the email address you used when ordering.
- Still nothing? Email support@bouiskglobal.com with your order number. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
6. Updates
If we release a corrected or improved version of a product you’ve bought, we’ll make it available to you at no extra charge and let you know by email.
7. Faulty files
If a file is damaged, won’t open in supported software or isn’t as described, see our Refund Policy.
