This policy explains how Bouisk Global FZE LLC, the operator of Bouisk Global (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information when you visit this website, buy a product or contact us. We are the controller of that information.
1. Information we collect

To show prices in your local currency, our hosting provider looks up your approximate country from your IP address when you visit. Only the country code is passed to the page; it is used to pick a display currency and is not stored by us or linked to you (legitimate interests).
We do not collect special category data, and we do not sell personal information.
2. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Checkout and payments: Stripe and its payment processors, to take payment and deliver files.
- Email: our email provider, to send order emails and reply to messages.
- Professional advisers and authorities: where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
3. International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and some of our service providers are located in other countries, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records: as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically up to 5–7 years, depending on the applicable law).
- Support messages: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
- Analytics data: according to the retention period set in our analytics account (no longer than 14 months).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under UK GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law), you may have the right to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email support@bouiskglobal.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
