Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund for digital products bought from Bouisk Global, operated by Bouisk Global FZE LLC (“we”, “us”). It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. What you are buying

All our products are digital products: downloadable files such as Microsoft Excel workbooks, Google Sheets templates (delivered as a “make a copy” link) and PDF guides. No physical goods are shipped. Each product page lists exactly what is included and which software it works with.

2. Faulty, missing or not-as-described files

You are entitled to a remedy if a product you bought:

• is faulty — for example, the file is corrupted, won’t open in the supported software, or core calculations don’t work as intended;
• is not as described on the product page — for example, a listed feature or included file is missing; or
• was not delivered — for example, you haven’t received your files within 24 hours of payment and we can’t resolve it.

In these cases we will first try to fix the problem or send you a corrected file. If we can’t do that within a reasonable time, or without significant inconvenience to you, we will give you a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can help quickly; this request does not shorten any longer period you have under the law where you live.

3. Your right to cancel (UK and EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days after purchase to cancel an online order for digital content. However, this right ends once we have sent you the files, provided you asked us to supply them within the cancellation period and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. We ask for this consent before you can place your order.

• If we haven’t sent you the files yet, you can cancel for a full refund.
• Once the files have been sent to you, refunds for a change of mind are not available, because digital files can be kept once received. Your rights under section 2 still apply.

Customers outside the UK and EU have the cancellation and refund rights given by their local consumer law, and those rights are not limited by this policy.

4. Other situations

• Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally buy the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate.
• Wrong product: if you ordered the wrong tool, contact us straight away. If we haven’t sent the files yet, we’ll swap or refund it.
• Unsupported software: product pages state which software is supported. We may not be able to offer a refund if a file works correctly in supported software but not in software we list as unsupported (for example Apple Numbers or LibreOffice). We will always try to help.
• Changes you make: we can’t treat a file as faulty if the problem was caused by changes made to its formulas or structure after purchase, but we’ll happily send you a fresh copy.

5. How to request a refund or replacement

Email support@bouiskglobal.com or use our contact form, and include:

1. your order number and the email address used at checkout;
2. the product name; and
3. a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps if a file isn’t working).

We aim to reply within 2 business days.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, within 14 days of us agreeing the refund. Depending on your bank or card provider it may take a few extra working days to appear. Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the product ends.

7. Payment disputes

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — most problems can be resolved quickly. This does not stop you from contacting your bank or card provider at any time.
