1. About us

This website is operated by Bouisk Global FZE LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (licensing authority: Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone; licence number: 4432069.01), which operates Bouisk Global. You can contact us at support@bouiskglobal.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy any product from us. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Digital Product Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

3. Our products

We sell downloadable digital business tools, such as Excel workbooks and Google Sheets templates. Each product page describes what the product does, what files are included and which software it works with. Product images marked as illustrative or using sample data are there to show layout, not your results.

We sell template files only. We do not sell, resell, distribute or include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets, Google Workspace or any other software, software licence, product key or subscription. You need your own lawful access to compatible spreadsheet software to use our files.

Our tools help you organise and analyse your own information. They do not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and results depend on the accuracy of the data you enter. You are responsible for decisions you make using them, and you should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • If we discover a pricing error before your order is accepted, we will contact you to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel.

5. Your order and delivery

Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed. We then email the files within 24 hours, as described in our Digital Product Delivery Policy.

6. Cancellation rights for digital content

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel. Because our products are supplied digitally, at checkout we ask you you to ask us to send the files before the 14 days end and to acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once the files have been sent to you. If we haven’t sent the files yet, you can still cancel for a full refund. See our Refund Policy.

7. Licence to use our products

This section is about your right to use our template files. It is not a software licence, and it does not give you any rights to Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or other third-party software.

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

  • use the product within your own business or for personal use;
  • edit and customise your copy for your own use; and
  • share the files with employees, contractors and advisers who work for your business, for use in that business. If you are an agency, bookkeeper or consultant, you may use the product to work on your clients’ data.

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, share publicly, give away or distribute the product or any modified version of it;
  • upload it to template marketplaces, file-sharing sites or shared drives accessible outside your business; or
  • remove copyright notices or present the product as your own work.

8. Intellectual property

All products, website content, designs and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you a licence to use the product as set out above; it does not transfer ownership.

9. If something is wrong with a product

Digital content we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it isn’t, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that isn’t possible, a refund, as explained in our Refund Policy.

10. Our responsibility to you

  • We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
  • We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses that result from decisions made using the tools, or for errors caused by incorrect data entered or changes made to the files.
  • If digital content we supply damages a device or other digital content belonging to you because we failed to use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or compensate you.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

11. Using this website

We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to distribute harmful material.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
